"Rude staff. Falsely advertised a king suite showing a jacuzzi in room, but when i checked in they told me there would be an additional 100$ needed for that room. Reluctantly I paid it, and when entering my room the first thing I noticed was a smashed spider dried up on the ceiling.... towels weren't clean, and I had to scrub the jacuzzi myself before use. And I asked to speak to management or the owner of the facility and they replied with "Sorry" Very unpleasant experience. I will not be going back there."
"The staff here are wonderful. The rooms are clean. The lot has been clear and maintenance has been on top of repairs. What else can you ask for!?"
"I was impressed as soon as I pulled in the parking lot and I saw the very nice patio. The lobby and dining area was spacious and clean. Then when I got to my room it was very clean and stocked with plenty of clean towels. This is by far the best motel I have stayed in. This will without doubt my go to place when I’m in the Quad City Area!!"
"For the price, this is a very nice place. Rooms were clean. Bed a little soft, but comfortable. A slow-draining sink was the only issue. Breakfast is lean, but for the price we paid many hotels do not offer breakfast. The first time you turn on electric heat for the year, you are going to get a terrible smell of burned dust. We were the lucky ones to turn on the heat for the first time. Fortunately, the windows open, and this was a lifesaver."
"Staff friendly, clean lobby and breakfast area, carts for luggage. Indoor pool was small, but it was nice to have one that you could use, a big plus. Breakfast was nice waffles, juices, cereal, etc... TV signal in my room was in an out. Was a good place overall you'll enjoy the hot water for the shower too!!"
