"Very dirty and smelly. I don't think they clean every day because I brought my dog in as a walk-in for a nail trim right when they opened. Great job on trimming my pups nails but just not very clean."

"We've been loyal longtime customers until today. Had a 7:30am appointment scheduled for months, and our dog wasn't even touched yet when I drove there to check on her at 11:45. I was told "other dogs got moved ahead". It's good to know other dogs are more special and important than ours and got to be cut first while ours was locked in a kennel for 4 hours. I relieved her of being in the kennel by taking her with me, not being cut, but no dog deserves to be treated that way. We will not be back."
"Always a great grooming expeir3mce for my doggies. Very professional and the services are great and the price is right. Never a problem there. Something different about this place versus others... I drive 30 minutes to take my dogs there, passing at least 5 or 6 groomers along the way."
"I took my 10 yr old long haired cat here for a bath and sanitary cut, it was done so well! He smells so good now and is all cleaned up. He has pretty bad arthritis. I know that they were gentle with him because he didn't seem sore afterwards, not even a little bit! It only took them from 7:30 to just after 10am. Quick service at a great price! I will be coming back here again."
