"Have had multiple bad experiences with this pharmacy in getting my prescriptions filled in a timely basis. Today prescription called in by doctor early afternoon, I called the automated pharmacy line 3 times to get updates and it said they were working on filling it. Then I get a text at 5:56PM that it is ready. I drive to the store at 6:20PM only to find the pharmacy closed"
"More help is needed here. The window person is trying to solve problems that take 25 minutes at a time and the car sits in front of the window the whole time. Consider adding an “office tech “ to troubleshoot issues so that the line can move."
