"You’d think that those working in the healthcare field would be more willing to help and not treat you like a moron. I guess I was wrong. Kris from pharmacy was incredibly condescending, unhelpful & lacked any kind of compassion. I’m not sure what her role is exactly, but if that’s how she treated me when I was simply trying to update my insurance, I can only imagine how she treats other people. Additionally, anytime I’ve gone to this location, the pharmacy workers are ALWAYS short, cold, and unwelcoming. In fact, they’re all so similar in behavior that you’d think they hire them specially for this reason! I absolutely dread going here, but being that this is the closest pharmacy to me, figured it was the best option - especially as a new parent. Currently looking into going literally anywhere else even if it means going the extra miles."
"Very disappointing customer service. A senior friend bought a gift card at this CVS that did not have any money on it. The store refused to refund him the money or replace the compromised card. Do not buy any Vanilla Gift cards from CVS!"
"i'm genuinely disgusted with my experience at this CVS location. I had sent my partner in to grab contraceptives and not one, but TWO older employees denied him service saying "it was against their beliefs" to sell him the pill. He had to get a manager JUST to check out... it is insanely unnerving to know you will be shamed AND denied service for trying to make a simple purchase. Women beware of this location :/"
"The pharmacy staff are not helpful, dismissive, and barely want to talk to you. I went there two times to pick a prescription and failed twice because of a problem in their filling process. The pharmacist did not want to help. The store was nice and well organized though and the store workers were friendly."
