"I travel for a living. This hotel has absolutely zero to offer but a bed. Where do I start? How about there is no TV service, showers don't drain, toilet runs all night, they do not serve breakfast at all, their washing machine doesn't work, pool is out of service, floors are dirty, there is no way you can call this a renovation. Absolutely ridiculous that you do not tell customers these problems when you check-in. Now they are giving me a hard time about getting my money back. Told me to wait till 11am for them to give me an answer of if they will. DO NOT CHECK IN HERE!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! You need to reimburse the customer if you do not provide a service or services. Your hotel has only met 1 of the 5 criteria to call yourself a Hotel!"

"The rooms were beautiful. Very clean, the bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Their was no soap in the room, but that didn't bother me. However the customer service is the worst customer service I have ever had at a hotel. When I arrived and checked in the front desk worker didn't seem to care that I was their. She seemed to want to get me my keys and have me go away. Which is fine, but it felt very awkward. One morning of my stay I went downstairs to the exercise room and my key dosn't work. (That's fine, stuff like that happens, I get it). What put me over the edge was when I went to the front desk to get the key card fixed and NO one was at the desk. I rang the bell for assistance, nothing. I even called the hotel from the front desk and the answering machine said the inbox was full!! I waited at least an hour, and another guest with the same problems waited about 2 hours. We eventually called the Bettendorf police to help is access our rooms. It's not worth the comfortable bed to stay at this hotel, I can find clean rooms and comfortable beds at other hotels. This has been ridiculous. I would not recommend this hotel."

"We only stayed here as it was a Stay to Play tournament weekend for Volleyball. The lot was not plowed when driving in, ruts everywhere making it difficult to drive through and your chances to tap a parked car higher. The first room we were provided didn't have working heat. Room changed to a single King size with pull out. Room was okay, out dated, carpets very old. Pictures on the site don't completely represent the rooms. The ovens were not working so they didn't offer any breakfast as advertised. When I went to report the no heat in our room, the lady pulled out a clipboard with 2.5 sheet of issues with rooms just from that day with all the parties checking in for the STP event. I would not recommend this hotel for longer stays. is rather difficult to find my GPS didn't take me to the hotel but the next block over."

"Pool, hot tub, dryer and ice machine were all out of service the week I was there. Since I had washed my clothes, they did dry them and fold them for me for free, which was awesome. The parking lot was a bit sketchy and two of the side doors locks didn't work. One of the employees creeped me out big time but the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful. I was even gonna stay here another week but they randomly raised the rate by $40 or so for the following week so I found a new place."

"This is my second time staying here. My first time was enjoyable so I booked for a second time. This time was absolutely horrible. I booked for three nights, on business. The bathroom was disgusting in every room I was given to replace the previous disgusting room. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the second room I was told they hope I like the next room because it was one of the last two available. How is that my issue? I was given a “complimentary upgrade” that included a balcony which meant absolutely nothing to me. The bathroom in the first room smelled horrible (as if someone had just used the bathroom), the toilet had dirt residue on it, and the tub was dirty with hair in it. The bathroom in the second room had dried up, dirty water on the floor as if something was leaking and never got cleaned up, the toilet was filthy, and the tub was dirty. The bathroom in the final room I received had a ring of dirt around the tub, hair all over the tub and floor, and soap residue on the ledge in the shower. I was told by the front desk that she would come clean the bathroom herself, but that never happened. I don’t understand how housekeeping can constantly say they cleaned a room but each bathroom was horrendous. This is an issue that needs to be addressed ASAP. After this, I will not be staying here ever again. The service and cleanliness was subpar. I refuse to spend my money in a place like this! IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS, CHOOSE THEM INSTEAD OF STAYING HERE!!!!"
