"I went here for 5 years when it was Texsun. Since it went to Leslie's, it is terrible. Took them 10 days to repair my Polaris and I had to follow up 3 times to make any progress. The quote to repair was 33% less than the final bill. Terrible communication. Their employee, Cody, admitted to me that he had no idea how to fix the Polaris but there was no one else. I had to show him that the wheels were not right. They replaced the hose and the hose disconnected after I put it in my pool. Absolutley terrible."

"Used to be a solid place before Leslie’s bought them out. Now, two trips in a row they didn’t have supplies for very basic pool needs. Easier to just order online than deal with the Leslie’s effect in this place now. Super bummed."

"I've been going to the Kingwood locations since my pool was built in 2017. They never disappoint. I buy all of my chemicals here. I replaced the garbage vacuum that came with the pool with a new Polaris Quattro Sport from Texsun. These guys are the best!"

"Not specifically this location but the repair department. I had used their repair service twice in the past. The tech they sent did great work on my pump and my heater. So i figured id call for a simple repair to a valve gasket. Was told the tech would be out on a Tuesday. They no called no showed. I actually had to call them the following day and they said they had it scheduled for the following day. So 2 days past the schedule with no call or notice to me. My wife spent the entire day waiting at home for them. I called to complain and all i got was a sorry with a crap attitude from the operator. No offer to make it right or send someone right over. Texsun, it shouldn't be your customers responsibility to keep track and resetting appointments. I understand you get busy and have to push people off to another day, but call them don't leave them hanging in the wind. If a Tuesday appointment had to be pushed to 2 days later you knew that Tuesday morning, a phone call would of fixed a lot and kept you a customer."
