"This post is for their online store since I was unable to leave one there. Horrible service!!! I ordered my son some pants, I recieved an email stating that they were swamped and my order would ship 24 to 72 hours. I waited 2 extra days after the 72 hours and contacted them via email and received another email saying the same thing. So I decided to call them and was told the other had been cancelled because they didnt have the item available any more. What in the world!!!! Not only was I given the wrong information in my email I would have been short a Christmas present for my son. I also asked her to send me an email veryifying the order had been cancelled but she could not do that (time for you guys to update your systems to the twentieth century!!!)Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I am absolutely furious and will never ever buy anything from them again!"
