"Probably one of the worst stores in Houston. Tried returning an item with the receipt and the employee "Maria" was extremely rude and started to accuse of me stealing the item. She then proceeded to raise her voice to the point she was screaming at me. The manager was just as bad as Maria, at one point they were both screaming and berating me. All of this for a $10 return. What horrible people."

"Love that store, always find something there. But only 3 registers open and a line of 20 people.. 20 min in line for my turn to pay. At Christmas time there should be more registers open."

"Good Morning , This morning I’ve spoke with Gloria Waters in regards to returning my luggage I purchased about 5 days ago.. my cruise is in 2 days so I have not used it. however it tends to be too big so I wanted to exchange or return for a smaller one. Gloria stated if it’s over $50 , we can not return with out NO receipt.. it states no where on the refund policy , she couldn’t show me where it states that at.. If i knew I would’ve thought to keep the receipt .. but the Suitcase is $80 .. I have my card I paid with along with ID .. She still refused , very disappointed.. she refused to help after that"

"I gotta say out of all the Ross stores I've been to and Ross is my favorite store to shop for clothes at this Ross was by far one of the best ones I've been to cause they had a really nice selection of shoes and normally some Ross store won't have a good selection well this one had a big selection from big named brands like Nike, Puma's,etc. I bought a pair of high top white and black pumas and I gotta say there fresh."
