"Went to the Lancome counter for my birthday I usually don't drop that much on myself simple gift that I wanted was mascara and eyebrow pencil the people at the counter were great the first items that I purchased were incorrect I went back and got them corrected they didn't have what I wanted so I substituted I asked the guy behind the counter if he can find me a closest shade brow pencil in the one that he sold I get home I use it one time and it has no more eyebrow pencil in it I basically paid $30 for a one-time use eyebrow pencil all I know is today they better give me my money back the fact that I have to wait until 11:00 just drives me insane. I've been going to that Macy's for years every once in a blue moon when I purchased my makeup and it's never been an issue so just be cautionary and look at what you're buying before they just put it in a bag and give it to you make sure it has everything... on the side note the Starbucks inside of this Macy's actually makes the drinks the way they're supposed to be made and they taste delicious that deserves 10 Stars"

"This Macy's is always well lit and very clean. They have a good variety of inventory and a Starbucks! The employees are hard to find of you need help. Overall a great experience."

"Walked in and out in 15 minutes without buying one thing. Huge disappointment because I used to be able to spend hours on the hunt and would come out with at least 3 or 4 complete outfits. Not everyone wants to wear oversized cropped tops. This trend cannot be over soon enough."

"I found some beautiful dresses during their Friends and Family sale. I spent $148.00 for 3 Designer dresses. My best find was a mustard Kasper dress for $19.96. I couldn't find what I was looking for originally, but someone on the sales floor helped me. I wish I remembered her name, but thank you so much. The individual who checked us out, Allana, was very sweet, friendly and efficient. Thank you Macy's for hiring such quality individuals."
