"I went in and bought a pair of shoes (everything went well) a few days ago and I wore them twice and decided these really aren’t my right size. So I call and this guy answers and I explain everything and he tells me I have to come into the store and check out the shoes to see if they’re “sellable” then I can exchange them. So I sort of ask again just to make sure it can be done and he replied back with a “sigh” and some attitude. I understand customer service can be tough and all(after all I work at a restaurant) but I never gave him a hard time or gave him attitude for him to respond in that way."
