"I typically love JCPenney, but not this one. The main reason is, the employees are so rude and unhelpful. Today a lady with seashells in her hair, I didn't see her name, was so unpleasant to work with. It feels dirty. There are very few checkouts so the lines are always so long. I used to love this location but now I really try to avoid it."
"I dropped my Mother off by the front door, as I am disabled ♿ Sale associate, Michelle assisted her then walked her back out . My Mom is 89 years old and was very grateful. "Came to get mom a curtain. But my asthma hit the best of me and i had to sit down and rest to catch my breathe; in the meantime Tiffany helped me find the curtain and went out of her way to get me some water. Great service and thoughtful personnel."
"Make sure to take pictures of deals going on! This lady claimed it wasn’t the discount and then ran to the sign after my checkout to rip it down this is her hiding her face from after I caught her doing it when I went to take a picture. Thankfully her boss explained the situation after but after this crazy event I didn’t even want to hear it and wanted to leave"
"I had a pleasant experience in the salon and photography session. The hair stylist did a phenomenal job with my hair. I love the way it came out and received many compliments. My session with the photographer was awesome. I told her I wasn't photogenic but she helped me and I loved the outcome. Thank you for everything."
