"Every time I shop at this store, the line is almost two miles long. Whoever manages this store store needs some managing training skills because apparently it shows they don't value the customer's time. I noticed a lot of Blacks and Hispanics shop at Burlington. If the store was full of white people, they would have every registered open. This is so sad, and by all means, I am not racist. This is what I've noticed. I will not be shopping at Burlington until they get it together."
"I feel terrible for the staff here. It's a good store with great prices, the photo is a reflection of the shoppers, not the staff... Unfortunately they have to clean up situations like this every evening. It's horrible to work like this much less to shop like this"
"Worst Burlington don’t recommend. Supervisor lied and said she would help me for my inconvenience of coming two days in a row for some items. I come up here the second time and calls me the customer a lier. When I had just called 30 min. ago & asked if I was able to skip the line since the first time they couldn’t find my items I placed on hold. Magically they appeared when I called the next day. I show up she gives me my items & tells me to wait in line. This Burlington needs more leaders that will care about the customers experience not just show up for a pay check."
"I purchased a great amount of clothing … they didn’t have a lot of clothing sizes I need for my children and not a big selection of stuff in the kids department. It’s around the holidays so the store being messy with things all over the floors and out of place is to be expected. The lines were long but the store associates were getting us out quickly. The cashier that assisted me was very kind, and helpful."
"It being a huge stand alone store, no longer allows customers to use their bathrooms anymore. Such a big inconvenience. Only employee I found was cashier and security in front to tell me and my 3year old no. When your ready to check out the lines are ridiculously long because only one cashier to ring up. It is unorganized. I gave a 2 stars because they have some good deals. That’s it."
