"I needed replacement parts for office chair. Recent after market customer service/support was close to zero. Note: I had ordered and received same parts through FMG 10 years prior and had received excellent service. Got initial follow up through email, but little after. Calls and emails were not returned. Finally got an order in after calling them directly several times. Then got email saying shipment was delayed, expect 2 months but it never came. Calls and emails went unanswered. Finally called in through the main and at least got a different representative who said order was never even placed, but she would place it. i sent prior documentation and mails. Could not get follow-through, replies or return calls. After 7 months of screwing around I finally gave up and called Haworth directly and got the parts ordered and shipped without issue. I relayed my experience to Haworth."
