"We had a great experience up until delivery. After extensive research, we purchased a $4k custom sofa. We needed it to be something that would last. At delivery, the armrests came in below the standard and selected height, hardly armrests at all. We also noticed a few other imperfections of the fabric and pillows that we were told would be handled by the technician. When the technician came, he measured and discovered the same inconsistency. Instead of repairing the minor flaws, he submitted it to his supervisor. We were told by our salesperson and the tech that Weir's would resolve the armrest issue by contacting the manufacturer (Sherrill), or resolving it themselves. Either buying back or sending a correct one. It's been almost a year of back and forth with various people from weir's and none of our minor or major flaws have been addressed. They stopped contacting us all together. The after sale customer service experience is completely the opposite of our purchasing experience. Sad since we intentionally chose the local business over NFM down the street!"

Tommy is a true professional, he is upfront and honest, he listens to your needs and has a great personality. He's been with Weir's for over 38 years and his knowledge and attitude is first class.
