"Wanted to highlight a gentleman working here! Rented a cargo van the other night (Dec 11th) and the gentleman working at Tool Rentals was so sweet and attentive. Gave us clear instructions about return and costs, and said he’d wait up a few minutes afterwards if we didn’t make it exactly at closing time. Inevitably we didn’t, but he was still there and even walked my friend and I back to our cars since it was late and dark out. Hope someone at Home Depot is aware of his character, customer service 10/10!"
"Always helpful staff, waaaaaay better than Lowe’s. I’ve never had a home project that I couldn’t go to a Home Depot to solve. Clean and well laid out store. Parking lot can be rough with broken glass which sucks."
"BEST HOME DEPOT, ALWAYS!! Jay- Paint dept. has helped me several times & exceeded my expectations every time. He is outgoing but never pushy. He is always smiling and appears happy to help anyone in need, customers & staff included. Jay is patient & explains things thoroughly in a way that is easy to understand, never patronizing. He clearly knows his stuff & is happy to share is wealth of knowledge to make sure we have a great experience in the store & when we leave. Valerie- flooring/ blinds- was also very knowledgeable, helpful, patient & kind. She followed up when she saw me later in the store to ensure I had found everything I needed, seeming very happy to help if I’d hadn’t."
"I came here looking for some faux wood blinds and pendant lights. The store was mostly clean, and laid out well. I walked around for a little bit searching for the blind isle, I didn’t see any workers around that could help me find it. Once I finally reached the isle with the blinds, I was disappointed. They only had two brands of faux wood to choose from. I guess they prefer customers to buy online instead. After that, I headed over to the light section, again, not many pendant light options to choose from. The lights they did have on display were all very dusty as well. It’s hard to visualize lights in your home when they are caked with thick dust. Unfortunately, I left the store without a purchase. On my way out, there was a very friendly man standing at the door thanking me for coming in. I wished he was around when I needed the help. Overall, I think this store is great if you need basic items, but for more options, you’ll have to visit their store online to get what you’re looking for."
