The owner was extremely knowledgeable, made recommendations based on what we wanted, and made sure we were aware of all the different features each chair had. Also gave us zero pressure to buy anything! We ended up coming back the next day for two chairs that we really liked. Would highly recommend. Just call before heading out, to make sure he's there."

"I went to several used office furniture stores looking for a new office chair for my WFH job, but chose to buy from Comfy Chair because the owner was nice, honest, and not pushy at all. He let me try all the different chairs and gave me space to think about it. I ended up choosing a chair and paying/picking it up the next day. When I picked up my chair for purchase, he noticed it had a couple marks on it and offered for me to pick a different one if I wanted to. I was okay with the marks but greatly appreciated that he was looking out for me and wanted me to be completely satisfied with my purchase. (The marks came off while I was wiping down the chair no problem.) He loaded the chair into my car for me, too. The other stores I went to were not only charging higher prices for the chair I ended up with, but some of them were refurbished-meaning they didn't have all of the original parts and quality the manufacturers are known for. It would've looked the same but the longevity and standard of the chair would've been a different matter. Comfy Chair stocks pre-owned, original chairs, so I was rest assured that I was getting the long-term quality that is promised with those brands. I do recommend calling ahead before going to the store as it's currently just the owner doing all the operations, sales, deliveries, etc. He'll let you know if he's at the store or when he'll be back. He also has a 30-day return policy, no questions asked."

"Owner is very down to earth and easy to deal with, I tried a chair I did not find very comfortable at first and he understood my concerns, offered a hassle free exchange for a higher end and much more suitable chair for my needs.
