I have primarily worked with the design consultant, Nora, who has been amazing and has helped me pick out items to fill the spaces in my new home in a way that makes it feel cozy. She and everyone else I have encountered at the store have been friendly and receptive to any questions I've had regarding design choice, product availability, and status updates regarding my orders. I visit at least once per month and would recommend this location and Nora's design consultations to anyone!"

Over my years of collecting timeless modern pieces from Crate, I've not had as phenomenal of a customer experience as I did with the Willow Bend store in Dallas and particularly with the Design Pro, Nora. In her essence, Nora is just such a gifted designer who can visualize spaces so well and beyond that she's such an extremely patient guide who uses 2D and 3D technology to share the vision with us. My husband and I both love design, so Nora worked like a great consultant between both of us drawing my style interests and his functionality needs at the most optimal price points. I highly recommend shopping at the Willow Bend store and moreover find some time with Nora and just enjoy the journey!"
