"I love going to the store. The clearance is a bit difficult to find it all should be in one place. I had a 15 percent off birthday coupon to use but couldn’t pull it due internet connection problems. The cashier was so rude and refused to call anyone over to override to give the discount. Not good customer service. Strangely as soon as I went to my car to see if it pulled up sure enough it did. I went back in and they had already put my items back. Do better! I will not be going back treating customers like they are thieves."
"I like going to AtHome but to a person with a disability they don’t make it easy. Their carts are not always charged or in the best condition. You run the risk of getting to the back of the store and having it quit on you. This is always the case at the older stores. The new store only has one..so you have to make sure you go when no one else is there who needs it. On one of my visits, the cart stopped working and would only go backwards! I hope they change that and invest in some decent carts for those of us who need a little extra help..because I really like shopping there"
"I usually post when someone does an excellent job. However, I felt it necessary to post a review because the cashier for my return was extremely rude and curt. Jennifer is certainly not doing anything to help sales at the store in Plano. My future purchases will be made at the store in Lewisville, as they are always friendly and helpful. Jennifer seemed to put out that she had to take care of my return, I do not feel valued here."
"Clean and huge At Home store near Stonebriar mall. Prices are a bit at higher side. However there are clearances on many items. There are variety of home decor. The rugs collection is enormous. Ample parking outside. Courteous staff and clean restroom."
"First time visit to this store. It was an amazing experience. The store was very clean and well organized. Large selection of items like planters, outdoors furniture, faux plants, kitchen items, home decor, home decor, home decor. Very large selection of canvas paints. Many aisles had clearance shelves as well. It was a very big store with lots of parking space outside. Be prepared to walk as the store is huge and you will enjoy seeing different items.
