I walked in only planning to test chairs and ended up purchasing a floor model X-chair X-tech Executive on the spot due to their very fair pricing and excellent customer service. Craig was super friendly during both visits. He made sure I received a new gas cylinder and lumbar, included in the price, and helped me load the chair in my car.
