"I love this store but their in store pick up process is frustratingly confusing. It took me over 20 minutes to pick up some pie pans that I ordered online (and got the notification that they were ready) and I had to talk to a store associate twice before they finally brought them out to me. The store was lightly busy but they had plenty of associates walking around and at the registers so I don’t know why it took so long and why they forgot about me waiting for my order. It felt like I was invisible to the people working there, but it was clear that they interacted with other customers, so I’m not sure what was going on. Just all in all a very uncomfortable experience and I will avoid in store pick up with this location in the future."

"I have been a loyal and happy customer of WS for over a decade. I adore household items made of quality and life long warranties! My last three visits to WS have all been met with amazing customer service of SAs willing to greet, help, and explain any questions/concerns regarding their merchandise. I also appreciate being left alone to browse the store for any other items that may interest me. My most recent purchase was the Breville Barista Pro espresso machine. After lots of questions and comparing the different units (internal configuration), I decided on this version to best suit mine and my families daily needs. Too many bells and whistles also leaves room for more technological mishaps in the morning. I do prefer the Illy brand whole coffee beans in intenso for a nice strong double espresso in my iced macchiato and the husband prefers a hot hazelnut latte. It’s also easy to make the most delicious hot chocolate in less than 2 minutes. The milk heats up fast and I enjoy being creative with my latte art. I haven’t stepped foot or entered the drive through of a Starbucks since my purchase! ;) Thank you SAs at WS!"
