"2 years ago i went to Sam for a brake job. The brake job took 3-4 hours, do you know why? Because it was undergoing a "road test". Come to find out he took my car some where else to get it done. Now in Nov. 2015 went to him asking if I could get a screw tighten, and I would gladly pay for the job. He said he didn't have the tools for that. Are you kidding me? This is standard lug nut. Never again. Your customers are those who don't know anything about cars and get taken advantage. Thank God for the advances in the information age, people like you will be exposed for the scam/piss poor customer service. If you just keep driving or use Yelp or Google you can find another mechanic. There are 3 about less than 1 mile from him, rated well by other customers. Cheers!"
