"Several months after purchasing a brand new truck, I was hit on the right side of my truck and needed repairs on both doors. Several months after having collision repair work performed on the right passenger side doors, my right passenger window was broken and needed to be replaced. While having the window replaced, the window tech found this electronic piece on the same door that had been serviced by this shop. The piece had been broken and patched with duct tape and reinstalled. I will not be taking my vehicles back to this shop and certainly won’t be recommending to friends and family."
