"Working with them is a hassle. I wish I never went to them. Both myself and the insurance company told them the issues with my car and they never fixed it and now it’s an issue again. Estimator is the worst offender of them all. Don’t come here. If you want to be listened to go somewhere else. Employees that cut you off and and refuse to let you speak is what you’ll get when you come here. I had to go somewhere else to get the issues with my car fixed. Unsatisfactory customer service. It is a lie to say the insurance company and dealership told me these things when it was first brought to you and not fixed. The dealership fixed the issue not JDs"

"The place seems busy and you typically have some waiting time before they get you in. But they do a decent job. The prices are not cheap and therefore you need to be getting repairs through your insurance. The time frame of the repairs is reasonable, staff is friendly and best of all they keep you updated with the progress of work. I had a minor scratch at the back of the car and I was willing to pay for that out of pocket. But the person said they will touch up without any extra charge. I was delighted. But to my dismay, they did not do it at all. The car was also not returned on the promised date but I can forgive that as apparently there were some technical issues with the car sensors that took more than expected time. So overall decent service with just a few minor complaints and hence deducted one star"

"JDS had the best professionalism, I took my car in for some body repairs from a collision. I went in last Tuesday, expected to have my car back by the next Thursday. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they called 2 days earlier and said my car was ready. So it took them only a week to repair my vehicle. The work done was superior!
