"Worst experience EVER. Took my car in friday morning and asked them to call me to let me know if they needed to keep my Jeep longer and they never called. So, i went on saturday to ask them how my car was doing and was told they are waiting on a part that will be in that day. Went back monday since I never heard back and told me the part will be in later that day. Went back wednesday and shes done and no one has yet to call me. I go to unlock the car with the remote and it wont open. I finally get it open and start the car. Not only was the check engine light still on but my gauges werent working. I bring it to their attention and they tell me its not their fault. But will check on the engine light so they use a obd scanner to get the light off. I told them I would be back if it came on and they told me if I dont like the car to just return it to the dealership. Me not liking it is and wasnt the problem. Not even 5 miles and every light came on, and the radio cut out. I took it in for a check engine light and left with more issues and a check engine light still on!!!"
