"Don't go here!!! Their service and customer service are awful. The manager, I assume, did not deliver on they date he said. He blamed the paint outcome on previous paint but never called us with an issue They had our truck 15 days, and we were told it would be 5 days. We even went by there after 2 weeks, and they hadn't touched it at all. My husband let him know he lied. When they finally started, they rushed and didn't go back over it.. There were so many areas that the paint coat was lighter, and there were signs of black paint when we got red paint. Throughout the truck, there were areas they just overlooked that didn't blend and had chips in it. You could tell that after 13 days there, they rushed and painted it, and didn't care to go back over it."

"I needed some pretty intricate repairs done to my car. Syd was the best, from quote to completed work! I truly appreciate his commitment to making sure my car was done in a timely manner and done exceptionally! Whoever the technician was, certainly has me making Maaco in Irving my go to for all my body work needs! Syd went above and beyond by showing and explaining to me, the costs breakdown on several different quote options. Once the work began, he let me know there was additional internal damage and let me know my other options for repair. Prompt communication, exceptional service, and remarkable work!"

"The paint job was less than adequate. There are paint streaks throughout my vehicle. Communication with Maaco representatives at Irving,Tx was very poor. I was always calling because they never returned my calls. The work took two weeks and I received my truck dirty. There was paint residue on the upholstery and my truck was dusty. When I told them I was on my way to pick it up after I had to call to confirm it was ready, my truck was not even cleaned. I had to ask them to clean it. The paint work and final presentation of my vehicle was very disappointing. There is obviously no pride in the workmanship. I would not recommend Maaco."

"The paint job is gorgeous. The reason for not getting a 5-star score is because they didn’t repair all the hail damage around the car; they repair 95% of it but the other 5% is still there."

"I have had to change my rating on this company. I went there to have heal dents and freshing up my paint on my car. After I got my car it had circles in the paint, I gave it back to then for 4 days to fix the issue. I got it back with compound all over it. The people are very nice - just didn't do a good job. Smh"
