"All four bays were occupied upon arrival — pulled in behind a car that was behind a car in the work bay (it was the shortest lane). 30 minutes later, the car in front of me pulls into the work bay. 40 minutes later, I pull in the work bay. 10 minutes and I am on my way — with an inspection only (1 hr 20 mins) The folks seemed very friendly but there was no effort placed towards quick service. While there, I observed a number oil changes and they all took over 25 minutes — everything ran at a sorta lazy slow casual pace. My tech commented about the number of miles that I had on my car, and said he was surprised and made some besmirching comments because I had a 5-minute oil change reminder on my windshield. I have used 5-minute oil change for years and will continue to use them. With 5-minute, I am generally out in less than 10 minutes. Perhaps if the tech felt so compelled to talk down 5-minute, he should work harder to get his oil changes down to the advertised 15 minutes. Even though this Valvoline “Instant” Oil Change is convenient to work, I cannot spare the time in the future. If you are in a hurry, do not put yourself through an experience at this establishment."
"It's always busy on Saturdays and Sundays. It's a long wait. The workers don't care. Their just standing around giggling all over ny one vehicle. This used to be my favorite spot. Now gotta go look for another place that actually cares."
"Great service. I had an oil change and coolant flush at this location. Taylor made sure my car was taken care of. They did a safety check and recommend services I will need soon. I’m happy with how smooth my car is running. Will come back here for future oil changes. The prices are reasonable and they are military friendly."
"I went to Valvoline Instant Oil change. The service was good, I brought my own oil from autozone, so just paid for the labour charges of approx. 36.99$+ 9.99$ (for oil filter)+taxes. Overall, it was good, drive through quick service. Took me just 15 mins to get an oil change."
