Goes to show even more how terrible this company is. They’re in the wrong and won’t admit it The drivers of these buses park in very inconvenient spots clearly marked no parking. They take up your employees parking spots for their own convenience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company. Owner is a liar"

"AJL is who Winstar uses to provide us with transportation to and from the casino. They pick us up in Hutto Tx and drop us off at Winstar in Thackerville, Oklahoma. I love all their drivers. A shout out the "Downtown" Joe Brown and Razzoul who have driven me and my family and friends many times to and from Winstar. They have had to put up with loud-crazy but extremely fun groups. Including 2 Company Christmas parties we had at Winstar. The first year, we had the big bus with the bathroom inside and a limo picking all of us up. The 2nd year we just went with the big bus since all the employees wanted to hang out together. I believe there were about 32 to 36 people on the bus along with a few convenient ice chests. We had plenty of room to move around and be comfortable. The employees at AJL are very professional and down to earth. There have been times when we were headed towards major traffic jams, and the driver(s) knew fast routes around those traffic jams. Which was great!! I only have 2 negative things really to say about AJL. Some maintenance needs to be done on a few of the vehicles. Besides making sure each vehicle is properly cleaned after every use, the entertainment (radio, surround sound and DVR) need to be fixed. We have had a few experiences where a previous group left trash or a beer can in the vehicle and it was still there during our trip. One time, we had the sprinter take us to Winstar on a Friday and pick us up on Sunday. The same Sprinter made both trips. When the Sprinter showed up on Sunday it still had the same trash we saw in there on Friday. We enjoy putting a movie in sometimes just to pass the time since it's about a 4 hr drive to and from Winstar. The last couples of times, we could not get the DVRs to work in any of the vehicles and had a hard time connecting our phones to the radio so we could play music. In the past, when we were able to get the TV/DVR to work, the speakers up near the driver seemed to be the only ones working. This makes it uncomfortable for the folks sitting behind the driver because we had to turn the volume up so high so that us sitting at the tail end of the car could hear the movie. So maintenance needs to be performed on some of the fleet. Other than those minor issues, I think AJL is great. They are always on time (unlike myself). When I've needed to contact the office or the office contacted me about my upcoming trip, they were all polite and professional and knew what they were doing. They are easy to work with and will what then can to make your trip a smooth one."

"We hired AJL for our wedding to shuttle guests to and from the venue. One of the drivers HIT A CAR in the parking lot of our venue. They were backing up into a car and did not even realize it until our guests began shouting at the driver to let him know. He did not leave any information and we were NEVER contacted nor was our wedding planner. The car slid multiple feet from this and was very damaged!!! We only knew because our guests took photos for us. Another one of the drivers ran multiple stop signs on the drive back to the hotel at night. AVOID."
