"I changed oil here on 02/26/2024, all things looked normal until i was about to get home, engine coolant temperature was HIGH and i had to make a stop, first thing came to my mind .... Take 5 mechanics messed my car up, they put in the wrong engine oil.I reached out to the company and Jesse from shop reached out to me the next day. He drove to my house and completed the car inspection. To double check all the car conditions, he took my 2018 toyota camry back to his shop (which is in Irving) from the Arlington. He ran the diagnostics and showed me the report, the actual issue that raised the engine coolant temperature which triggered the Check Engine light. He redid the oil change as well, and also assured i have the proper oil for the car. Jesse was professional, straight-forward and very helpful. I like the service Jesse provided. I appreciate the time and dedication to help with my issue."

"I almost aways go to Take 5 for my inspection, but this year I have had bad luck with getting my car inspected with multiple Take 5 locations for the past month and a half. This location had a wonderful staff, inspector in, and were quick to see me and do my inspection. Also they had multiple people on site (this was at 10 am) and was able to quickly get in the next person. Thank you Guillermo and team!"
