"It was a really awful encounter. I came in here last month or earlier in the morning for an emergency because my coolant was not working, my engine was overheating, and I had a Stop Engine light on. They did not fix my car. The air-coolant hose connector had a hole in it (I discovered this after going to another store).These morning shift workers attempted to sway me by telling me that I would have to sell them the car if I didn't repair the entire engine, which would have cost many thousand dollars. Maintaining the car any longer will be a waste of time. Then I had no interest in sell my car on spot, and then they Additionally, they charged for the inspection and labour but failed to fix the problem, so over $350 was paid. A customer who was in front of us requested and received a student discount. Even after we presented our ID, they refused to accept it and demanded hundreds of dollars, citing irrelevant fees. He simply showed me the hole in the hose and replaced it when I went to another store. Now my vehicle is operating smoothly."
