"Worst apartments in Montgomery, very poor management, they took my deposit, gave me move in date, changed move in date, let me take off work get uhaul clear storage just to change move in date again and on top of that couldn't tell me when they will have another unit available, ap fee gon down the drain as well as background check etc. Fee . Then yes there is more they told me I would receive $300 deposit back in 60 days, it's been 90 days and they won't even give me a reason y they have not gave me my money back, then said if I come back there I will be considered for trespassing."

"I read the reviews before I moved here but I still decided to try it out. BAD BAD BAD IDEA! Ive been here for 3 months and its terrible. My carpet was dirty and they won't clean it. The maintenance man took my wallet out of my apartment while unclogging my tub. Let's not mention my tub is peeling paint and this apartment is infested with gnats and roaches. its disgusting honestly. The people who manage the property are very rude and only care about the rent being paid on time. on top of that you have to travel to birchwood to pay your rent."
"I lived here for several years and will agree with many of the reviews already posted. Extremely outdated apartments, very thin walls, terrible maintenance. Things were great my first couple of years until the new company took over and decided to operate 3 complexes at once. I had a broken heater for a month, a broken dishwasher for a month. I honestly believe the maintenance staff was overwhelmed. But it’s still very frustrating when you just want things to function. I could hear everything going on in surrounding apartments, from fights, to sex, and the ceiling fan in the bedroom below me sounded like a plane about to take off, but they refused to replace it. Some nights I couldn’t sleep because of it. I lived on the top floor and the steps were rotting and even some were loose. Parking was an issue at times. There are definitely much better apartments out there for your money. I can’t believe I put up with this place as long as I did."
