"Currently living here. There have been issues since I moved in starting with the apartment being dirty, dishwasher not working, storage is locked, toilet barely flushes and now I have a mouse/rat. I’ve been to management multiple times and still nothing I’d resolved. I haven’t even been here two months and this is turning into a nightmare"

"Do not rent here!!!! They are charging $100 “administrative fee.” Then they say credit has to be “500 something.” No a defined credit score for approval. Then there’s a “second chance” that approves you immediately, with another round of added fees, whatever they want to charge you. Not only that, there’s a charge by the apartment complex. Fraudulent, and predatory. Taking advantage of lower income people that are in a tight situation for housing. Report them to the Housing Authority and the BBB. They are a fraudulent company!!!!"

Hours Open Daily 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Only one or maybe two in the office that I can say actually cares about the people here but others Not professional at all! Not a healthy or safe complex at all! The buildings are completely INFESTED with roaches and gnats and mold. There is absolutely NO concern from the office managment for health and safety for the tenants living here. Work orders do not get fully completed but they mark them complete with no further work being done. You have to literally wait outside just to see someone who is actually capable of helping with an issue because the one person in there cant give any information but can take money orders for payments. It is in a great area but the property is going completely down trash everywhere and the grass was not cut for three months of me staying here several tenants had to complain before it was done. Please get people over this property who actually care about the people living here and who can properly address and fix these issues."

"Do yourself a favor this is one place you don’t want to consider moving into things break they would not be fixed. You have a leak in ceiling they don’t have mailboxes. You have to go to the post office and pick up your mail but first you got to get a PO Box. This place is horrible and only thing they do is make excuses about everything.This is only a warning if you do you will HATE YOURSELF ,60 years old with disability on oxygen had to go a week in this heat with NO AIR CONDITION .MANAGEMENT DISAPPEARS CAN NEVER BY REACHED CALLING OR EMAILING .DONT MAKE THAT MISTAKE AS I DID ,BECAUSE THE GUY NEXT TO ME WARNED ME AS I WAS MOVING IN BUT I DIDNT LISTEN"

"The upkeep of these apartments isn't very good. The onsite management is hard to reach by phone or email and is usually unresponsive to left messages. They have a situation with the mail where it's not delivered to the on-site mailboxes. If you're lucky and have a vehicle, it's a minimum of 15 minutes to ride each way to get to the serving post office. Shop around before selecting these apartments."
