"I stayed here from 2021-2023 and never had any issues. They kept it clean in the community. Maintenance always came the same day to fix any problems I had and Terminix came once out the month to spray. I stayed in the back so it was very quiet there. Dina was the manager at the time not sure if she’s still there but she was very nice, helpful, and understanding. Would recommend but only if it’s under the same management."

"My water bill this past month was a few cents less than $60.00. I live alone and despite my disgust eating off throw away plates, as well as drinking bottled water, I started doing this just to see if bill would decrease. Just doesn't add up. It seems each time someone vacates an appointment, due to not being able to pay their rent, my water billl is outrageous. If this person has no income, how can he afford a water bill?? Answer: HE CAN'T."

"I have a very large two bedroom apartment and I pay less than $600 a month for the entire apartment. For the price, it's not a bad place to live but it's not in a great location, maintenance often only gives temporary solutions, and they have no online payment options. For the price, its pretty decent, but if you can afford a little more price wise, I would suggest a different complex."
