"Very nice place to live if there weren't so many people out there asking for money so I will not live there"
"They have done some upgrades, and the complex is decent. However, the maintenance department and operations manager need to get together and fix the broken appliances that tenants have requested work orders for, for over 5 months. There is no reason paying tenants should move in an apartment with defective appliances."
