"Please don’t live here if you can help it. I have had multiple issues with bugs and mold but if that is not enough the new management is TERRIBLE. They have no idea how to manage a property especially one that is SUPPOSED to be luxury. Please avoid the headache."

"Durban Creek is a great place to stay if you want maintenance to steal your items after they fix something. I lived here for several years and had no problem until maintenance came in to do some work. After that my apartment was broken into twice. Only maintenance knew I didn’t have an alarm"

"Stayed here for 2 months and was miserable. We had a terrible pest problem consisting of cockroaches and ants. While they did send out pest control it did not fix the issue(kept apartment clean, had them since move in). Had a clogged shower drain that I submitted a maintenance request for and ended up having to do it myself after a month of no one coming over. Paper thin walls. Various maintenance issues. Only saving grace was the floor plan. Very spacious floor plans with rooms that are spread apart. Good for roommates."

"My stay started in May and at the time I didn't have a pet. Once I got a pet it was really simple to adjust my lease accordingly. They have a nice little dog park tucked away in the back of the complex and a pond that you can fish in. I have a one bed room and its quite spacious. Me and my puppy enjoy living here. The staff is pleasant and very helpful when I have questions. I would recommend this place to others as it was recommended to me. :)"
