"These reviews are definitely lies and are from family and friends! The management company/owners Highland Vista Group is TRASH! I was told no doorknobs wouldn't be replaced ... DOORKNOBS because the company don't replace them! The shower heads are old showerheads with a string attached and you have to pull it to keep the water going after it randomly stop! They have the old gold rusty doorknobs! The maintenance Greg is rude and complains!!! Kami the Property Manager is a liar! She messes up your stuff so bad and doesn't want to admit she did it plus she has a bad attitude and manners!!! This place is NOT quiet! You can hear gunshots all the time!!! Robberies happen and they won't let you see the camera's. Your car will get broken into. The kids are bad and kept damaging the pool so they kept closing it! The apartments are not together at all! They just painted over the wallpaper! Maintenance do not fix thing and just complains and hollers all day! Management does NOTHING! They keep changing the people in the office! Even the employees don't want to work there, that should tell you something !!! They constantly messed up your Rent Payments!"

"There’s always trash everywhere. I paid my rent on time monthly, like I should, but was still treated poorly by management. They never closed my water utility account after my lease was up. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have it closed myself."

"You will regret moving here for so many reasons! I moved here because of the price and the positive reviews. Later, I realized those reviews are fake and left by friends/family of office staff. There are gunshots, arguments, fights, children crying, screaming, etc. all throughout the day and night. Shortly after moving in, my car was broken into and my radio was stolen (literally ripped out of my car, wires hanging). Next, my apartment window was shattered from something hitting it from the parking lot. My window was shattered in February and was not replaced until the end of April. About a week after it finally got fixed, I received an eviction notice on my door saying I have 7 days to pay $496 for the window repair or I will be evicted. I had to contact upper management. My lease ended on 9/1/23. I paid my final month's rent (for August) on 7/31/23. Towards the end of August, I got another eviction notice on my door saying I didn't pay rent. I went to the office. They looked it up and basically said "Oh, you did pay. My bad." Now, on 11/18, I've received a letter from a debt collection agency saying I owe this apartment complex $1,295.45 with zero explanation of what for. The apartment complex has not contacted me since moving out, sent me a bill, or sent me a receipt of why I have not received my deposit back/what it went towards."

"This past summer, pool hours were sporadic. The pool hours were posted but the doors were deadbolt locked so residents could not get in; its frustrating to get your kids ready to swim only to find the door locked. The outdoor grills (in the pool area) are non-functioning. When we asked management and maintenance about the grills, I was told that they don't have authorization to purchase propane for them. Move in conditions of the apartment were miserable. Electric outlets and light switches were filthy and some didn't work. Kitchen drawers and cabinets weren't cleaned. Walls patches were unprofessional and simply painted over."

"Great place to live especially when you have young kids. The area itself is decent, it’s quiet and everyone minds their own business. I have neighbors in my unit that has become family. The rent is extremely high for an apartment. I’ve lived here for 3 years, had ups and downs but overall I’m highly satisfied with the neighborhood and area."
