"Rats and roaches. Leasing office person was replaced 3 times during 8 months. No emergency maintenance for 4 days while the apartment above us was leaking. Our wall and carpet had water damage due to it and all maintenance did was vacuum so the carpet smells. Ac flow is bad. All they told us to do is close some vents. Vent also randomly fell out and when we requested maintenance, they had been fired AGAIN. Also had to request some documentation from the office for another apt, and for the 4th time the leasing office manager was replaced in a span of one year. They never transition smoothly and also loose documents or just do not update tenants. Do not stay here."
"The manager here is very professional and helpful. My apartment is beautiful inside. If you have any issues , they will be handled quick and professional."
"Roach infested. Property manager is greedy for money and will charge you for things that was already broken. Apartments are nasty when you first move in. Walls are thin. Nothing works hardly. Affordable yes but is it worth it no."
