"I called this place to get info about getting my cousin an apartment. I spoke with a sweet last name Mrs. L. Johnson. She took time explained to me everything he needed to do and everything he needed. I told her okay I’m going to have my cousin call in could you please relay this same information to him. She said yes! I would! She explained everything to him that she explained to me and I called her personally and thanked her because she had so much patience with us and didn’t have no type of attitude. I can tell she loves her job and has a heart to help. Thank you so much again Mrs. Johnson."
"My fiancé and I moved here in May of 2018. Our rent lady, Lynn Johnson, guided and helped us with understanding the process of getting our first apartment. She has always made sure that any issues that we’ve had were resolved swiftly and expeditiously. Maintenance always comes the same day and explains what happened and gets the jobs done. I see nothing but bad reviews and I wanted to share insight from a tenant with a positive experience thus far."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I lived here and wish I never had!! The walls are like paper thin, maintenance never fixes nothing, and the property manager LYNN JOHNSON is a B****!!! They have a infestation of bed bugs which she won't tell you. My appt and several others got invested. She (lynn Johnson) told me i had to use the appt pest control guy to get rid of them calling Cooks, Terminex, or any other exterminator is against policy (lie) after paying almost $1,000 I still had to get rid of all my furniture and clothes. Lynn Johnson didn't care she is rude, nasty, and low down. *WARNING DONT MOVE HERE* P.s They don't have no pool never have another lie!!"
