"I love my apartment!! I haven’t lived in an apartment in about23 years. My apartment is spacious and the complex is clean, and quiet. The leasing process was not bad at all bc, Alminty made it very stress free!❤️ I can’t say anything bad about the staff. The staff here are very nice, helpful and friendly. If I ever had any issues Hope and Alminty took care of my concerns. The Maintenance Team is A1."
"My son applied to be apart of this community. The staff appeared to be friendly, but once the application was denied their true attitudes was revealed. We were told that if we were denied the only fee that was none refundable was the application fee. That was a lie they refused to refund the administration fees. I have received a refund for admin fees from every apartment I have applied for. Be ware of fisher realty, that are really out here taking people money."
"The apartment was nice and spacious. We’ve had a few run ins with maintenance but it was solved. We had a problem when moving out. Hope said we never gave a notice when we called saying we were moving to a new state and were moving at the end of May. They made us pay $1600 for June anyway. Yes, living in another state. I’m August we received a letter saying we owed $66 for water usage in June. If you move here get everything in writing. They lie and stick up for each other’s lies."
"this place is terrible. we lived there for 7.5 months and broke our lease to leave. the mold is terrible. we were sick the entire time we lived there and instantly got better when we moved out. the rent is way too expensive for the quality of living. when we moved out we were told we only owed $66. 2 weeks later we were told we owed $2800. after i had asked they triple check what we owed at the time we terminated our lease. the apartment wasn't clean when we moved in and smelled terrible. the window seals were covered in mold, the shower had mold in it, the inside of the top part of the toilet was completely brown and rusted. mold grew everywhere. my cats WATER bowl grew mold. just don't live here."
