Tuscany at Midtown

"The problems with these apartments is that they have a real bug issue and they’re very old/need work. I lived here for 2 years and the second year we experienced an ongoing AC issue, the apartment would be 85 degrees plus throughout the hot months. It was not an enjoyable experience living here. We did receive our deposit back which I appreciate. I honestly think this place needs to make improvements in alot of areas. Better maintenance, better insulation, new tubs/toilets, put the gate back up etc."

"Hood Row! Talk about why the plywood still on the tenants door? Over several months!? What about the safety for children? It is actually shameful to charge such high rent and late fees. There has to be laws against such poor business practices. It is up to tenants to voice their concerns until then, continue this insanity. Not to mention your own yard crew broke the glass endangering tenants and still hadn't fixed it. Couldn't be me staying in an apartment like this. Talk about that!"

"I've live here going on 3 years and they have changed companies quite a few times. I've had issues that haven't been addressed since day one but this summer has been it for me. I spent all of June without and a/c, not to mention was living month to month so my rent is 200 more than the original rent. Paid an electric bill of 300 dollars for portable air they provided that still didn't work. The second week into July, I finally get air. It goes good so I sign another lease and guess what my air is out again. Called the office and left a message, call back and finally speak with someone. The conversation is so nonchalant. Take my info and nothing is done. I've been without air for 2 days in 90 degree weather and it's 93 in my apartment at almost 9 at night."

"I've been here 3 years and it's changed property management 4 times. Each time management changed hands the quality of service and property upkeep has gone down tremendously. The lawn hasn't been mowed in 2 months after the current buy out from keystone properties out of Texas. I've call multiple times to resolve other issue with no reply after the false email and number they gave to call for the problems. After endless calls to the office voicing my concerns they were adamant all tenants must pay full price rent even though nothing is being done. I Will be leaving when my lease ends in August and wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. Look elsewhere!!!"

"If I could give this apartment complex a 0 I would! I moved out Feb.1 and I still haven't received my deposit back yet. I've been getting the run around for over 2mths now. At the time of my move out they changed property management companies so I knew it would be a little delayed. But everytime I would call and speak to the property manager Eric I would just get the run around. I was told it was mailed out over a month ago but I have yet received it. I followed up with him asking him to reach out to them letting them know I haven't received it and he said the only thing he could do was send a email and there wasn't anyway he could actually speak to someone, which I highly doubt and don't believe one bit. After reaching out to him yet again he gave me the number to the corporate office where you can only leave a vm and after numerous of messages I haven't received not one call back! After that he gave me an email for Felicia Flowers who is supposed to be over the complex and after numerous emails no response! I shouldn't have to go through all of this to get my deposit back! If this is not handled soon I will be taking them to small claims court! So if you are thinking about moving there RUN! Because once you leave and if you expect your deposit back no they will steal it and keep your money!"
