"Update: 8.29.24 DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!! These people are straight up slum lords. Just had it confirmed by maintenance that they DO NOT EVEN HAVE A LICENSE TO RUN THE BUSINESS!!!! Front office staff is rude aggressive and very unhelpful to tenants. If you are considering moving here cuz it's cheap. I beg you to come walk the property solo first. The pics they post are either so old I they aren't even from last decade or have been retouched to hide the issues. Property hasn't even been mowed this year at all (it's now August) dumpsters are always over flowing with trash into the street. They allow rodents and other pest to freely swarm the property with no attempt to correct the issue. Also when I asked for the General managers contact or corporates contact info to relay my complaints to them the office staff has refused Everytime. They are clearly violating Alabama state law: Section 35-9A-204 Landlord to maintain premises. Will someone please help us! We have people on hospice living here, newborns in units with no Air conditioning or serviceable conditions!!! They are straight up slum lord's. #Dasmenresidential bought this property knowing the condition it was in and promising the residents that it would be repaired and brought up to liveable conditions, but then have just collected rent while doing nothing to take care of the property. The original management straight up over charged on move in costs saying it was "a special exemption" while embesseling those funds. I lived with a broken window for almost a year and my neighbor has had black water coming up out of their sink for over a week and no one from property management to corporate will even get in touch to ask about the problem."

"If I could give this place a zero rating I would. Please don't rent from these slum lords, the air in apartment has not work since I moved in. But, they expect the rent to be paid on time. Several residents are haven't to make repairs themselves. I feel like we the residents should file a class action law suite."

I was Moved into a unfinished Apt, I have Broken cabinets broken toilets , broken windows , I have Water damage to the ceiling and floors , bugs and roaches management is never in the office they never pick up the phone trash is everywhere they are over charging I do Not feel safe whatsoever"

"Now my outlets completely do not work!!! Bad enough they were so loose tht nothing would stay plugged but now one dosnt work at all!!! Tentes we should start a class law suit with these SLUM LORDS!!!!! Just of the many many many things you see when you pull in on top of the massive sink hole in the front so many windows busted out where some dont even have window seals patio covers caving in and metal sliding falling off almost hit me as I was leaving my unit vacant units being occupied and so much more the fire hazards are out of control it's so bad I none of my out lits work in proper order when I plug somthing in the slide out to the point there just hanging in there loosely with gap I could show over 400 pics of major issues not to mention how the water is always turned off!!! With no notice they love to give out notifications with out the proper date retaliatory like heck you say something either they ignore u or start threatening you we've delt with discrimination from the beginning the promise it was gonna get better when the new owners took over 6 months later still not a single thing has been fixed or even been taken seriously"
