"Update: We have a new assistant property manager, Ms. Angela Law. Angela has come in and gotten outstanding work orders handled in a short amount of time. She has provided great communication thus far and I can tell that she actually cares about us as tenants. We have needed someone like this for a very long time since Jason left. I really appreciate her and thank her for doing what a manager is supposed to do! I am upgrading my 1 star to 3 only because of Angela. This building is the worst! Let me first say that this building was poorly renovated by what has to be the worst contractors. Everything from electrical issues, thin walls and floors, heating issues, poor insulation, crappy trim, plumbing issues, knocking sound like someone else mentioned, raining in windows causing the wood to rot and crumble, mold in the windows, fire alarm constantly going off, broken elevators. There are three, but only two work most of the time and sometimes none of them work. The breakers are constantly tripped in my unit, and I noticed that the GFC outlets in the kitchen constantly flash red. A piece of trim on the upper kitchen cabinet just randomly fell off one day. They claim to be a luxury apartment, but can’t even have a self cleaning oven. Nothing is luxury about this building. From time to time, soot blows out of my bedroom vent and onto my bed. Still waiting on contractors to come out and clean the ducts. The mail room floor is almost always covered in packages because there is not a dedicated place to put them so you have to search around through all of the packages on the floor to find yours. It’s very stupid because there is plenty of room in the mail room to have parcel lockers for the packages delivered by UPS and FedEx. The windows are so thin that you can hear every conversation that goes on outside, and I get that you will hear some outside noise being downtown, but it literally sounds like I’m sitting outside every day. I am fed up at this point because I pay a pretty penny to live here for a so called luxury building and it has way too many issues. It is not worth it! I almost forgot one, I am so sick of smelling weed in this building because it stinks! The trash area is also almost always a mess!"

"The check-in process was pretty quick. I did have a problem on my first night here. There was banging above me in my room all night long!! I barely got any sleep! I hope this was only a one time thing because I cannot take that again!!"

"We are charged every month for pest control but I have asked both managers to fix the bug infestation numerous times. I have been told that pest control was coming repeatedly but they never have. My apartment has been infested with bugs for months. I wake up at night with lady bugs landing on my face. I put in a maintenance request and it was checked as completed even though the building is still infested with bugs."

"Edited review: The rent went up twice last year for us. Which is very upsetting knowing that we were one of the first tenants in the building. If they can fix the electrical and plumbing issues it’s be a better experience. Our lights and fans are being controlled by someone else. For ex. If I turn on my light in my room. And someone from another floor is there, it will turn on their lights too. And if they turn it off, it’ll turn off my lights as will. Same with the fan and speed of the fan. The bathroom has a knocking noise whenever you turn the faucet on. Someone came out to fix it, but it was never fixed. The electrical problems had been going on since Sept. it was “supposed” to be fixed but they cannot find anyone, which is disappointing. They did have someone come out but it was too difficult for them to figure it out due to a lot of electrical wiring done wrong in the building. The building and rooms are beautiful. The walking distance and the area in downtown is wonderful. The view is amazing and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I just wished those concerns were being taken cared of. And I understand it’s not the staffs fault if they’re unable to find qualified people."
