"Stayed here for a work trip, they were very friendly, the room was clean, it was a very pleasant stay, definitely recommend it. The location is a little inconvenient but with a car there’s no issue getting around."

"Disgusting. I chose to stay at this hotel, because of the great reviews, especially in reference to how clean the rooms were. Sadly, this wasn’t the case. I arrived at the hotel around 930 and at first the room definitely seemed kind of dirty, but not that bad. After about 30 minutes of sitting my stuff out, I noticed a few cockroaches coming from underneath the air conditioning unit I brought this to the hotels attention, and they changed my room to a smaller unit because there were no more available like the one I had paid for. I told him this was fine as long as we could adjust the price that I paid so that I wouldn’t have to pay for a room I didn’t get to stay in. I was told that they couldn’t do that and I would have to wait for the manager. I have since called the hotel several times and the manager is either never there or never available. The new room that they put me in was filthy, there were stains on everything from the couch, to the bed sheets, to the curtains. STAY AWAY"

"After arriving into Al my family member that also had a room reserved reseaved a call from the hotel. The caller stated if he wasn't there by 3pm they were canceling his room. My family informed the caller he booked the room 2 months ago we were just 30 min to 1hr away. After arriving to the hotel at around 5pm they in fact canceled his suit and just sold it to someone else. First they stated they had no more rooms available then out of no where they had a double queen available for the same price. No very happy with the situation my family member took the double queen room. The clerk at the front desk didn't have a care that they took the room and sold it to someone else and my family member had no place to stay. So we will no longer book with this particular hotel ever again."

"I stayed here during a work trip for a few days. The hotel smelled very good and felt clean as soon as we walked in. All the staff was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. The room was clean and the shower water pressure was amazing. We stayed on the second floor. My complaints are there’s no pool/hot tub, there was limited breakfast selection for fruit lovers, and we could hear water running down the pipes in the wall when people above us were taking a shower. But overall it was a very pleasant stay for a 2 star hotel."
