"Been a resident at briarwood for more than 4 years now and it's incredibly disappointing how much briarwoods quality has gone down and their prices have gone up. Service is done with no regard for tenants availability or convenience if it's performed at all. Buildings are decrepit and falling in on themselves. Costs have gone up nearly 25% this year and now they're pushing the cost of utilities onto tenants as well. I would not recommend ANYONE rent here with so many newer and equally affordable options that are in the area. Both briarwood and eenhorn have failed in the roles as landlords as far as I'm concerned and I have no intention of remaining here any longer than I must. Truly disappointed that it's come so far that I feel obligated to warn others of this, even only 2 years ago I'd have had no problem encouraging others to move here but now I can't."

"Due to my husband's job/deployments, we've had interest in multiple properties from this housing provider. We are currently leaning toward Briargate because it's such a nice place. Beautiful pool, updated apartments, quiet neighbors, affordable. Also, I was delighted to learn that the extremely nice gal, Heather, from Savannah apartments manages this property! She took care of us at both locations and made the process easy and efficient. When we hit a bump in the road, she went the extra mile to find us some options. I can't say enough how nice it is to feel someone really cares and follows through in today's business climate. We've had a super positive experience at both properties and I wanted to share that."

"I just renewed my lease here and I'm very happy that I did. Although there was some confusion with a recent lease agreement change, Heather the property manager honored the lease that I signed (per the law - you'd be surprised that a lot of landlords don't honor the lease and it takes a lot more persuasion). The confusion was cleared up immediately and I barely even spoke about the problem before it was solved. Heather is very professional and has the common courtesy that you'd expect from a landlord/property manager. Heather is easily the best property manager/landlord that I've ever had and I've rented from 3 different places now in the past 5 years and they were burning through probably 2 or 3 different managers every few months. Heather: please stay here. Briargate is truly a great place to live and it stays pretty quiet (except for a guy in a motorcycle that likes to drag race against himself every once in a while up Idaho Ave); also short distance to great restaurants, and they also recently upgraded the washers and dryers in each building and they are fantastic!"
