"We've been living here for almost 2 years the property is nice and neighbors are very friendly. Unfortunately, the whole time I've lived here, while maintenance has been quick to respond they do a very poor job of actually solving the problem that you need help with. They also recently changed management, the old property manager Megan was great... very kind, helpful, understanding and responsive. The new property manager that has been here for a few months is unbelievably rude and doesn't do much if anything to be of any assistance. They give you parking stickers upon moving in, which was supposed to be a way of keeping random people from parking in the resident parking areas, but almost nobody has them and there's never any room to park near your home which is especially tough with kiddos in tow. Rent is painfully high and just getting worse and while the townhouses are adequate enough it's really not much space for a family. At first I was SO excited to move in here.. but we are hoping to buy a house in the next 6 months and be out of here as soon as we can, definitely consider other options."

"I absolutely love living here! All the neighbors are nice and considerate of each other. We're in a prime location for parks, schools, and shopping. I'm so grateful Prinwood is also pet friendly, my dog loves all the sidewalk routes and he never gets bored. I also like that the pet waste stations are always stocked with bags. My 1br unit is the perfect size with plenty of closet space and my balcony have also been very nice to have. I feel very safe and welcomed at Prinwood and I can definitely see myself renewing my lease."

"It's only been a week since moving in and I absolutely love living here! Meagan, the property manager, was so friendly and welcoming when I first applied and when I went to go pick up my keys. The maintenance staff are also very friendly and really keep on top of clearing snow and salting pathways. The layout of the apartment is nice and spacious, and there is plenty of natural light from the windows. I love all the closet space and really enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry! When I moved in, the walls were freshly painted, new carpeting, and everything was very clean! A much better experience compared to a former apartment complex I had lived in. It's very quiet in the neighborhood and I feel very safe living here. I love that grocery shopping is just a quick trip down Shaver Road and that the South Westnedge Dog Park is a 7 minute drive. US-131 isn't too far away either. The kitchen appliances are a little dated and there is not a microwave, but everything is very clean and in great condition so I'm not bothered by the aesthetic. Can't wait to see how beautiful it looks here in the spring and summer!"
