"Started out with bed begs twice when I moved in! I didn’t know what they were ! They Tryed to charge me twice $500 to spray ! It cost me more then $100 to wash every thing in my house! Second time! The guys that came in to spray said it’s coming from the old lady’s house next door hoarder and they can spray but it won’t work!!!! Then druggies up stairs big fights can’t sleep! You call the police you get a violation! No maintenance! Plumbing is bad! They won’t fix! Told bobbi in the office the water won’t go down after a shower! She told me gross a year ago!!! Toilet over flowed upstairs 8 times maintenance did dry vac floor but once! The rest let it go into tiles and you know it’s in the ceiling to will turn into blk mold don’t rent 6025 1A and don’t order anything because you won’t get they steal it! Don’t put any out going letters in mail box it will be stold! Back doors unlocked all the druggies live in the basement and up stairs and the office will not fix the door!!!!!!!! They don’t care! And everything we had in are storage lockers was stolen !"

"Infested with bedbugs in buildings 2200 and 2180. Took three weeks for orkin to even show up for a treatment. We were in constant communication with shonta (leasing office.) and she forgot to contact orkin on multiple occasions so we were having to constantly call to request retreatments as someone else in the building was heavily infested. (It took 7 months to get rid of bedbugs.) Was told that we “weren’t the cause” but then when it came time to move out they claimed that they couldn’t pinpoint it to any one apartment, so everyone would be charged for treatment. When you call in maintenance requests no one comes and frequently you never hear back. Tenants will constantly ask you for bus fare, rides, to jump their cars, for cigarettes, etc. We never got the keys to our storage space and found out a few months after moving in that one of the other tenants was using our space Alfie storage anyway. You will likely hear people screaming in the parking lot/ blasting music in their cars to the early hours in the morning. You will receive laundry cards to use with their new washing machines, the cards will not work and are so inconvenient anyways. Overall, you’re paying near $600 for the worlds most out dated, cheap apartments with broken appliances, pest infestations and annoying neighbors. Rent somewhere else. There was an armed robbery here in 2018 that no one talks about either."
