"It would be better if management would enforce rules about litter and residents picking up after their pets. Dozens of piles of dog feces near and sometimes even on sidewalks. When brought to the attention of management, they don't seem to care to fix the issue."
"Be sure to do a walk through before signing a lease. If you don't you'll end up with a filthy apartment or townhouse."
