"I have been a residence here for three years now. One of the best places I've ever lived maintenance is. extremely professional, gets everything done when needed on time. The. staff is very friendly, very willing to work with you and are very professional about getting things fixed and maintained in your apartment. I would highly recommend River Bluff Apartments."
"I have been here 3 years. I think our maintenance guy is perfect. First of all he is very nice and personable. He always aims to please the tenants. He has always gone out of his way to get whatever needs fixed and get it done most of the time right away. But always fixed. I'm realistic. He is human just like the rest of us. But what I know. I read people well. He doesn't want to really disappoint anyone. I hope he stays as long as I'm here. Thanks for all you do"
"They are on point with the maintenance. Every time I call they are on top of it, Carla is amazing, friendly and easy to talk to. Jody from the maintenance is literally one call away and they will fix things very very fast, I don’t have to wait forever, this is the best apartment experience I’ve had this far and this is my second apartment complex experience. Kudos for sure!!"

"I've been here 16 months and have zero complaints (except there is no laundry facility on site as previously advertised). Tenants are polite and respectable. Maintenance is prompt and knowledgeable. Apartments are newly remodeled, spacious, inexpensive, and have an amazing amount of closet space. Corrisa is always prompt and respectful when texting and in person. The property is fairly maintained. I have no intention to leave these safe, comfortable, and quiet apartments any time soon."
