"Ever since the property management/hedge fund bought this complex it has become terrible. The police are called out here more and more often, the halls haven't been cleaned in two years, they barely plow the snow, takes forever to hear back from anyone, and the fact that there is only one dumpster between four buildings means that it constantly overfills. They also barely do any groundskeeping, there was a bush growing so big from the side of the steps that it almost blocked the door. Edit: There is now a bunch of trash in the parking lot and up in the grass. People also don't pick up after their dogs."
"The MANAGER is HORRIBLE!! A monkey could do a better job! I called, and emailed her a number of times about renting. Never once did she call back, nor did she answer my emails. Thank the lord above that, North Niles Villa actually gets back to people on apartments. Found me a nice 1 bedroom. Waaayyy nicer than this apartment complex!! Do your research before TRYING to rent here!!"
