Griffin Estates Apartments

"My family recently moved to Griffins Estates Apartments. We did not have a lot of time to look for apartments, and thankfully we were able to get into Griffins Estates. We were unable to view the apartment beforehand, which is pretty typical these days, and put a lot of trust into the pictures that are posted on their website as well as Brenda, the leasing manager. And we are so glad we did! The apartment is perfect for our family! It was so clean and in great condition. The staff is incredibly lovely and so friendly. Honestly, when we began our journey of looking for places to rent, Brenda was one of very few who returned our phone calls. And most times she even answered when we called, which is so rare these days. She was so responsive and attentive to our family’s needs. She was a huge reason why we decided to go with Griffins Estates Apartments! Highly recommended!"

"The apartment was pretty nice looking but not worth the price. No air conditioning in bedroom is an issue. The apartment I was shown smelled pretty bad and the parking lot is one big pothole. Brenda was really nice but the policies were not good. I was told to have a chance at the apartment I need to put a deposit down right away(which I did). When I told them I wasn't going to move there I lost the deposit and application fee (which is higher than most places). Even though I gave 2 months notice before move in date."

"I moved into an apartment yesterday and may I just say it is beautiful. Its clean, little to no damage from past residents, new carpet and more! It will make a great home for our first home and my daughter loves it here! The staff,Brenda, Randy, and Lisa, have been so helpful and really made my family and I welcome! They have answered all of my questions, throughly explained lots of things and they have been extremely patient and super sweet to my family and I!"

"I love living here! Everything about this place is awesome! The property is well kept and clean. The buildings very nice and taken care of. The apartments in and of themselves are extremely spacious!!! Talk about closet space! There are four closets in our apartment. All the rooms are of good size, especially the master. The community is quiet and calm. Jackie, the property manager, is the best! She is super helpful in everything! She is available and approachable! She was a huge help in our move in process. Every maintenance request (which have been very few) are always taken care of promptly. If you’re looking for a nice apartment in the Niles area, I can not recommend Griffin Estates enough."

"I moved into griffin Estates apartments about two weeks ago and have been more than satisfied! The community and quiet and safe. Friendly neighbors and can’t begin to express my satisfaction with management. Jackie really made me feel welcomed and was very helpful and prompt with all of my questions prior to moving in. It’s so nice to feel so at home here! My three year old son absolutely loves it here and the cleanliness of the property is outstanding. The location is awesome as it’s only right off the highway and only a short drive to any part of town. Even the newsletters impressed me with recipes, spring cleaning tips and a calendar.
