"I wouldn’t rent from them. They act like the dump you rented is suddenly made of gold once you move out. Any way to screw you out if your deposit. They also don’t fix things properly while you’re in a rental. Slum lords to say the least."
"As far as my fiancé and I are concerned, these people are nothing but liars and thieves. We applied 2 weeks ago, and they have yet to tell us anything. They aren’t very responsive to emails and the chances of anyone answering the phone is slim to none. Guaranteed 99.9% chance you won’t talk to anyone live. They’re supposed to let you know in 2-3 days, but it’s been 2 weeks? If you do get through to anyone, no one knows anything about anything other than you have to talk to Emily. If we can’t get answers and they already took our money that makes them thieves. Really tired of the run around. Completely unprofessional!"
